Like many dog owners, we found ourselves endlessly buying collars from local pet shops, only to be let down time and again. They’d snap, fray, or fall apart far too soon. One collar didn’t even get to the first walk as the pup grabbed it off the side and chewed through the nylon body!
Then there were the engraved name tags — dangling awkwardly, getting in the way of playtime, and eventually breaking off altogether. After hearing horror stories of dogs getting their tags caught on things (with much worse outcomes than ours), we knew there had to be a better way.
After purchasing more collars than we care to admit, we noticed a pattern: the ones that lasted always had heavy-duty metal buckles. What we couldn’t find, though, was a collar that combined durability with a wipe-clean, smart-looking velvet finish for those inevitable mucky days. Every collar we tried ticked a box or two, but none held up in every aspect.
And so — Truffle Tribe was born.
We sell premium, built-to-order dog collars with integrated custom engraving (no dangling tags here) and reliable, rugged hardware. Practical enough for everyday adventures, stylish enough for special occasions, and tough enough to withstand whatever your four-legged friend throws at it.
