At Truffle Tribe, we’re proud to be a small, independent business creating premium, made-to-order dog collars with custom engraving. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Soft Launch Notice

As we’ve only just opened our virtual doors in April 2025, we’re currently in a soft launch period. This means we’re treating every order as an important learning opportunity while we refine our processes and workflow.

We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, and while we’re not anticipating delays, we kindly ask for a little understanding should unexpected issues arise during these early days. Your support as we grow means the world to us!

2. Order Processing & Lead Times

As all of our products are built to order and personalised, they require a little extra care before they’re ready to be posted.

At present:

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: within 14 days from the date of order
  • This includes the time needed to handcraft your collar, engrave your customisation, and dispatch via our delivery partners

We cannot yet guarantee this delivery timeframe for every order during our soft launch, but we will communicate openly about your order’s status and keep you informed every step of the way.

3. Delivery Services

We use tracked delivery services for all orders to give both you and us peace of mind.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your parcel as it makes its way to you.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. All charges include full tracking and, where applicable, standard insurance cover.

5. Delivery Areas

At this time, we are delivering to customers within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand internationally in the future once our processes are fully established. We are looking forward to orders from outside the UK so give it a go and we’ll see what happens – worst case you’ll get a refund!

6. Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your parcel within 14 days of ordering, or if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details and we’ll be happy to assist.

7. Future Service Updates

Once we’ve completed our soft launch phase and have a clearer picture of our processing and delivery times, this policy will be updated to reflect our confirmed service standards.
