Q: Where are you based?
A: We’re based in North London — proudly independent and happily muddy.
Q: How can I get discounts?
A: Show us your pup wearing one of our collars with permission to post it to our Instagram and we’ll give you a discount code for 15% off your next order!
Q: How do I choose my engraving?
A: On each product page, you’ll find a box to enter your custom text.
Because our engraved buckles are a little smaller than standard dangling tags (and only have one engraving side), we recommend a name and phone number — but it’s entirely up to you.
If we spot anything that looks a bit unusual, don’t worry — we’ll reach out before your collar goes into production.
Q: What size are the collars?
A: Each collar is adjustable within a generous range. You’ll be able to select your preferred size range on the product page before adding it to your basket.
Q: How do I measure my dog’s neck?
A: The simplest way is to measure an existing collar that fits well. Alternatively, use a soft tape measure around your dog’s neck, leaving a little room for comfort — about two fingers’ width between the collar and your dog’s neck is usually just right.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We’re a brand new business, so we’re being completely honest about delivery times while we find our feet.
Our longest delivery so far was two weeks, but there were a few hiccups behind the scenes. Our aim is to have your collar made within 48 hours of your order and sent out straight away via tracked delivery — but please bear with us during these early days as we perfect our process.
Q: What’s your refunds and returns policy?
A: Hopefully it won’t come to that! But just in case, we’ve got a Refunds & Returns Policy page with all the details. As a quick guide — because our products are made to order and customised, returns aren’t usually possible unless there’s a fault or problem with your order.
Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: Yes! I mean… we haven’t had any orders outside the UK, but we’re definitely open to trying it out and seeing how it goes!
